Many students look to scholarships to help decrease the amount of debt they face because of school. Scholarships can help students who may otherwise not be able to attend school realize their dreams in a more affordable manner.

Wonder what the Lions Foundation does besides providing eye exams to local, financially-stressed individuals?

Here’s one thing: Last year, SCLF donated $1,000 to Leader Dogs for the Blind. This organization helps people who are blind or Deaf-Blind live more independent lives. They provide programs and support that includes guide dog training, orientation and mobility training, and Summer Experience Camp for teens.
